Fit Guide
The right size is the one that matches your foot length — not the number you wear in another brand. Convert your usual size below, then check your width: every pair is built on a contoured footbed, and the arch support only works when the ball of your foot sits in the widest part of the shoe.
Lengths are given in centimetres and inches, plus Japanese centimetre sizing. Widths are quoted in centimetres across the ball of the foot. All measurements refer to your foot — the allowance for the footbed is already built in, so there is nothing to add.
Styles made in whole sizes only run a half size large in the equivalent half size — size down a half size for those.
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
Men’s sizes run from US 7 to US 14 with half sizes through 11.5.
Measure across the widest part of the ball of your foot, at the end of the day. Compare that number with the width column that matches your size — then check which widths the style you want is actually made in.
Medium and Wide are the two widths most broadly available. Narrow and Extra Wide appear on selected styles only, so always check the size selector on the product page.
Full-length insoles are made in six sizes that cover both women’s and men’s footwear, so the same insole size works across the family. Pick the range that contains your shoe size, then trim at the marked forefoot line if you want an exact fit.
This guide is provided for reference only. Sizes, widths and measurements can vary slightly between styles and production runs, and conversions are approximate. Please check the size selector on the product page for the exact sizes and widths available in that style.
